About Victoria Hunter

Victoria Hunter is a seasoned clinical research strategist with over a decade of experience at the intersection of biopharma and health technology. She brings deep expertise in designing and operationalizing clinical studies that integrate novel tools—ranging from remote patient monitoring devices to AI-enabled software and multi-omics platforms.

Throughout her career at Genentech/Roche and a digital health start-up, Victoria has led cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement technologies that enhance trial efficiency, data quality, and patient relevance. Her work spans multiple therapeutic areas, including neuroscience, immunology, oncology, and rare disease.

Victoria’s approach blends scientific rigor with pragmatic execution. She partners closely with clients to navigate complexity, align innovation with strategy, and deliver results that inform business decisions and improve patient outcomes.

She holds a Master’s of Biotechnology from George Washington University and a Bachelor’s of Neuroscience from the University of Southern California. Victoria was also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and utilizes disciplined planning and structured execution in every engagement.

Outside of her consulting work, Victoria has a passion for science education; she began her career as a Teach For America corps member and holds a Master’s in Teaching from American University. She brings the skills honed in the classroom—communication, adaptability, and a focus on measurable learning outcomes—to her work with teams and leaders across the life sciences industry. Victoria has also served for eight years on the Board of Directors of the Marine Science Institute in Redwood City, which delivers environmental education to students throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. As Board Chair during the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped guide the organization through critical programmatic and financial strategy shifts to ensure long-term sustainability.

In her free time, she enjoys hosting backyard barbecues and exploring the California coast with her husband and son.
